PLAN 2040 – A new Local Plan for Sevenoaks District – Regulation 18 Part 2 Consultation (November 2023)

The Plan 2040 Regulation 18 Part 2 consultation opened at 00:00am on Thursday 23rd November 2023, and will run for 7 weeks until 11.59pm on Thursday 11th January 2024.

You can view and comment on the Plan 2040 Regulation 18 Part 2 document at www.sevenoaks.gov.uk/plan2040, where you will also find a Plan 2040 Summary leaflet and consultation video.

Responses to the consultation, particularly from organisations, are expected to be made directly to the online consultation survey, available at the link above.

If respondents are unable to access the online survey, SDC will continue to accept email and postal responses in these circumstances.

Sevenoaks District Council has organised ‘pop-up’ sessions where members of the public can discuss the consultation document with officers from the Council’s Strategic Planning team (dates and locations during the consultation period are outlined in the poster here).

THERE ARE TWO DUNTON GREEN SITES CURRENTLY INCLUDED - ONE TO THE EAST OF LONDON ROAD (BEHIND THE RECREATION GROUND) AND ONE IN POUNSLEY ROAD. PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE SDC WEBSITE AND MAKE YOUR COMMENTS TO SDC.

Follow London Road north and at the mini roundabout (junction with Station Road) go straight over. Village green to your left (noticeboard, flagpole, timber bus shelter) and shops to the right. Continue over bridge, Dunton Green Primary School and The Duke’s Head on your right. Immediately after the pub is the entrance to Glyn Davies Close but turn right just after this into the service road to the recreation ground car park (just before the terrace starts).
